Thank you for your interest. Please be sure to have the following paperwork prior to starting your online application. For security reasons the system will time-out in approximately 30 minutes. Some of the documents will need to be uploaded. Please be sure you have the required documents saved on your hard drive and easily accessible so that you can upload when asked. <strong>Tip</strong>: If you don’t have access to a scanner then use your phone to take a CLEAR picture of the required documents. Email them to yourself and save them to your computer.

  <li><strong>Landlord Contact information</strong>. Most recent landlord and previous landlord if less than 2 years if applicable.</li>

  <li><strong>Verification of Income.</strong> Examples. ( 2 months of your most recent paystubs, Most Recent Personal Tax Returns, Copy of disability or social security payments, Section 8 Vouchers or Certificate, Letter from employer, or bank statements) <em>UPLOAD REQUIRED</em></li>

<strong>All occupants 18 or older are required to complete an application which include your spouse, adult’s siblings, roommates, and/or lease guarantors.</strong>

After your application is completed, digitally signed and the <em><strong>non-refundable $75.00 application fee</strong></em> is paid then you will be asked if you would like to add a spouse. A box will appear and you will need to add your spouse name and email address. An invitation will be sent to your spouse email address and they will be provided with a link which will allow them to fill out an application.

All applicants income will be combined with the primary applicants. After your spouse has completed their application, and the application is digitally signed, all required documents uploaded and application fee paid they can add an another additional adult applicant or minor siblings name and email address. If applicants are married the only a $35.00 application will be due.
